Resin EPOLA (Cloisonné)
This is our most popular and cost effective product. Manufacturers refer to EPOLA as "Misty" Cloisonné, Resin Cloisonné, Imitation Cloisonné, or Hard Enamel. Regardless of the name, Resin Cloisonné is the BEST value. Epola Cloisonné is a resin-based colored powder which is heated to 800-900 degrees; it creates a bright, smooth, Hard Enamel finish.
For this process we allow up to eight colors in the design. Black and white are considered colors. For additional colors beyond eight, we add just 15˘ per color, per pin for pins up to 2" in size. For pins greater than 2" in size, we add 20˘ per color, per pin for a color count beyond 8.
