If said invoice is not paid within the 30 day timeframe, interest will be charged on the total outstanding invoice amount. Interest will be calculated by multiplying the unpaid balance by the periodic rate of 1.5% per month or portion thereof (EIGHTEEN PERCENT [18%] ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE).
